BELOW IS AN OUTLINE OF MY EXPERIENCE AT CONSTELLATION SOFTWARE.

Working in product innovation, my role focused around finding ways to drive organic growth through a portfolio of companies within the Dealership software vertical. Working across multi-functional teams comprising of sales professionals, support personnel, research & development and professional software consultants, I was responsible for the launch of Early Adopter software development programs, and ultimately, new modules within our existing software offering. I have also worked on the launch of a new line of business at Constellation Dealership, focused on delivering integrated marketing services aimed to directly impact revenue growth at participating dealerships.
My time at Constellation has allowed me to manage across multiple teams in a highly matrixed, lean organization. My ability to quickly adapt to the work environment, software offering, and industry have allowed me to develop a versatile skill set that can be applied to almost any situation or organization-type.
